Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 3 October 2026
Bettear builds technology so that more people can hear clearly in public spaces. We want our website to be usable by everyone too, including people with disabilities.
Our standard
We work to make bettear.com meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, in line with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.
What we have done
- An accessibility toolbar (UserWay), available on every page, to change text size, spacing, contrast and more.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- A clear heading structure, and a distinct title for every page.
- Labelled form fields, with error messages that explain what to fix.
- A layout that adapts to phones, tablets and zoomed-in browsers.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some downloadable PDF documents, such as datasheets and user manuals, may not be fully accessible. Ask us and we will send the information in an accessible format.
- Content from third parties, such as embedded YouTube videos, depends on those providers.
