Role Description
The SDR is a full-time role based in the United States, part of Bettear's US sales team. This position builds the top of the sales funnel - finding and qualifying new opportunities with venues, integrators and institutions across the US, and setting meetings for the sales team.
You will research target accounts, run outbound campaigns by email, phone and LinkedIn, follow up on inbound leads, and qualify opportunities before handing them to account executives. Responsibilities
- Research and build target account lists (performing arts centers, museums, universities, houses of worship, public venues, AV integrators)
- Run outbound outreach by email, phone and LinkedIn
- Respond to and qualify inbound leads quickly
- Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date
- Support trade shows and marketing campaigns with lead follow-up
- Meet weekly activity and qualified-meeting targets
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience as an SDR/BDR or in a B2B sales or customer-facing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity
- Organized, persistent and coachable
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools
- Interest in technology, audio or accessibility - an advantage
- Experience selling to venues, education or AV integrators - an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred
